Cut a preserved egg into 6 pieces

Cut the green and red peppers into sections and smash the garlic

Garlic sauteed in vegetable oil

Add green and red chili peppers, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well

Pour the fried chili on top of the preserved eggs

Garnish with cucumber slices
