Yuqianer Rice
Overview
Every year, when the spring breeze brings the first touch of fresh green to the branches, the beautiful elm flowers hang on the branches, swaying flamboyantly in the warm wind. Yuqian'er is the seed of the elm tree. It has thin round edges and a bulging middle, resembling a green round coin. The elm leaves are green in color and have a fragrant smell. Each cluster has many elm leaves hugging each other tightly. They are tender and sweet, with a slight mountain atmosphere. When we were young, whenever elm coins hung on the branches, we would invite our friends and friends to climb to the big elm tree at the end of the village to pick elm coins after school. We would pluck off the elm coins while they were still fresh, stuff them into our mouths and swallow them. Take enough yuqianer home, mix it with cornmeal, sprinkle a little salt, mix it well and steam it in a pot. After steaming, eat it with garlic paste. It has a sweet and refreshing taste, and it is so fragrant.
