Cut half of the chicken into large pieces, with an appropriate amount of lean meat.

The soup ingredients include fish maw, red dates, longan meat, yam slices, and wolfberry.

Rinse chicken and lean meat to remove foam and fishy smell.

Soak the fish maw in advance and cut it into fine pieces, and wash the other ingredients.

So put the ingredients into the stew pot and pour in appropriate amount of water.

Put it into an electric stew pot and simmer for 3 hours. You can also cook it in a casserole.
