Have you heard of the saying that green flowers serve sauerkraut? Pickled cabbage is a famous dish in Northeast China. . . In the early days, it may be because of poor material conditions and I couldn’t afford fresh vegetables in winter, so I pickled pots and pots of autumn Chinese cabbage. . . But the strange thing is that Northeastern people just can't get enough of this pickled cabbage. . . If I ever leave my hometown, I'm sure I'll miss this. . . There are many ways to eat sauerkraut. . . This is the first time I’ve posted a recipe on Meitian, and this is it~~ Cuihua served with pickled cabbage. . . Dumplings!
