Overview

When I went to Ma's, I realized that I was late. The restaurants on the upper and lower floors were full of seats. I finally got a seat, but I was already very hungry. A large plate of braised goose, a small plate of braised beef, and two cold dishes were all eaten by the five of us. I didn’t even ask for belt noodles. Generally, braised goose is eaten with belt noodles just like chicken. The large plate of braised goose is really big, two large plates, but the price is also expensive at 130 yuan per plate, and the small plate of braised beef is 70 yuan. It is also the way I often eat it, and it tastes very good. Beef is rich in protein, and its amino acid composition is closer to the needs of the human body than pork. It can improve the body's disease resistance. It is particularly suitable for people who are growing and developing, recovering from surgery or illness, in terms of supplementing blood loss and repairing tissues. Eating beef in the cold winter has the effect of warming the stomach and is a good tonic in the cold winter. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that beef has the effects of replenishing qi, nourishing the spleen and stomach, strengthening muscles and bones, reducing phlegm and calming wind, and quenching thirst and salivation.
