Corn egg porridge
Overview
I have made egg drop porridge many times. When I was adding complementary foods to my daughter, the most cooked egg drop porridge was egg drop porridge. This was the first time I cooked it with corn. Zeatin is known as a longevity food and is rich in protein, fat, vitamins, trace elements, cellulose and polysaccharides. Among all staple foods, corn has the highest nutritional value and health benefits. Moreover, corn is rich in various vitamins and dietary fiber, which is especially helpful for senile constipation.

Wash the rice and soak it for two hours, mince the ginger
