Braised pork ribs
Overview
At my husband's house, I originally planned to use tomato sauce to make tomato sauce pork ribs, but when I was cooking, I found that there was not much tomato sauce left, so I changed my mind and used tomato sauce and soy sauce to make braised pork ribs.

Soak the ribs in water and wash away the blood.

Blanch it in boiling water and take it out.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add tomato paste and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the pork ribs, sugar and soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Add ginger slices and water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer.

Cook until the soup is gone.
