Wash chicken wings

Make three diagonal cuts on the chicken wings to make them more flavorful

Add the fried chicken wings, one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and half a spoon of salt

Add water and soup so that they are even with the chicken wings
