  1. Prepare ingredients

  2. Core and chop the red dates and boil them in water

  3. Turn off the heat and stir the brown sugar to melt.

  4. Chop the cooked red dates and put them into the brown sugar water

  5. Dissolve yeast powder in warm water

  6. After the yeast is melted, add it to the brown sugar water. Beat an egg and add a little salt, then put it into the sugar water

  7. Add the mixed water to the flour and mix the flourless gada (one cup of cornmeal and two cups of white flour)

  8. Coat the inside of the grinding tool with cooking oil and pour it into the mixed noodles

  9. Add red dates and cover with plastic wrap. Fermented to double the size

  10. Let it bubble on the surface. Pour cold water into the pot and steam over high heat. After boiling, lower the heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before returning to the pot.
