Shred potatoes and dice celery

Chop celery, green onions, and coriander.

Add flour, eggs and dried shrimps. Gather all the ingredients and add seasonings. Mix well.

Fry in a non-stick pan with appropriate amount of oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Note, use low heat.
