Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with upper and lower heat until the heating tube turns black, which will take 5 to 7 minutes

The portion is small, so I used a pizza pan and lined the pizza pan with tin foil
-
Spread the potato slices flat on the bottom
-
Add enoki mushrooms
-
Add onions
-
Finally, pour in the marinated pork belly
-
Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. I washed some lettuce during the baking time and forgot to take pictures (How can barbecue be without lettuce)
-
After baking for 20 minutes, take it out, use chopsticks to turn the meat over, continue to bake in the oven for 10 minutes, and you are ready to eat
