Light butter bread
Overview
I used light cream and cake flour for this bread. The finished product is soft, rich in milky aroma, and very delicious. Especially the light cream decoration on the surface of the bread is not only beautiful, but also intoxicatingly crispy. Put the light cream, milk, whole egg liquid, olive oil and salt into the bread barrel first, then sift in the flour and cake flour, and add the yeast. Start the bread machine dough program.

It will be ready in 90 minutes.

Take out the dough, knead it well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide into 9 dough pieces. I used 6 for this bread and 3 for other breads.

First roll each dough ball into an oval shape.

Roll up.

Place on baking sheet.

Add the light cream to the caster sugar and use a whisk to beat the sugar until it becomes smooth.

Add one egg yolk and cornstarch and mix well. Place in a piping bag.

Put the beaten egg batter into a piping bag. Remember to squeeze onto the bread dough.

Place in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, covering with tin foil in the middle.
