Shredded Pork with Pickled Vegetables, Winter Bamboo Shoots

Another repertoire on my family's New Year's Eve dinner - shredded shredded shredded pork. This time it was fried with camellia oil. Camellia oil is called the olive oil of the East! And its high smoke point is more suitable for our cooking method - stir-frying!

Marinate pork shreds with cooking wine, salt, pepper and starch for a while
