Egg Cuttlefish Noodles
Overview
Cuttlefish juice is discarded as waste in many places in China, but the bile of cuttlefish (that is, the black squid juice you mentioned) is a good thing abroad. Squid ink can be used to make squid ink pasta (I just ate it yesterday... I just had a little trouble wiping my mouth after eating) and can be used to make bread and ramen... In fact, squid ink can treat amenorrhea, improve immunity, supplement protein, fight cancer and other multiple effects. It is a good black food.
