Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork belly into cubes and prepare as shown in the picture. Because I didn’t have cinnamon, I used a small packet of stew ingredients.
-
Put the meat pieces into boiling water and cook for five minutes to remove the blood. The elders call it tight meat 😏
-
Heat the pot on the other side and stir-fry the rock sugar over low heat.
-
Put the pork belly directly into the pot and stir-fry the sugar color (shâi) 😰 The oil will fall apart, so pay attention to safety.
-
After coloring, add onion, ginger, aniseed and saute until fragrant.
-
Add boiling water, it must be boiling water, and pass through the meat.
-
Add dark soy sauce, salt, cumin, and cinnamon, adjust to suit your taste, and simmer over low heat for an hour.
-
When kneading dough with self-raising flour, my habit is to add a little yeast powder to make it rise faster and better. It can rise in basically half an hour.
-
Shape the dough into a dough and roll it into a disc shape, which is slightly thicker. After it is done, cover it with damp gauze and let it rest for a while.
-
Put a little oil in the pan, just a drop is enough. Put the dough in with your hands, and dip each piece of pancake into the oil in the pan.
-
Remove the cake over low heat and the cake will rise again in the pan.
-
Occasionally forget to add a spoonful of water to the pan, then cover the lid and let it sit for a while.
-
Until it is browned for two years, take it out of the pan, about 15 minutes.
-
Cut and set aside
-
Chop bell peppers and cilantro
-
Chop the stewed meat and bell pepper and coriander.
-
Add the meat to the patties and a ladle of broth. Let’s eat it😎
