Wash, peel and slice the purple sweet potato, wash, peel and slice the taro, wash, peel and slice the pumpkin.

Mash the steamed purple sweet potatoes into a puree, add 140 grams of tapioca flour, 35 grams of potato starch, 35 grams of fine sugar and a small amount of boiling water.

Mash the steamed pumpkin into a puree, add 140 grams of tapioca flour, 35 grams of potato starch and 35 grams of fine sugar. The pumpkin is very watery, so add water depending on the situation.

Knead into purple potato dough, taro dough and pumpkin dough.

First roll the pumpkin dough into a rectangle of about the same thickness, then cut into long strips of about the same width.

Then cut it into small pieces, rub it a little with your hands, and the pumpkin taro balls are ready.

Follow the same method to roll the purple sweet potato and fragrant taro balls.

Boil water over high heat, add the prepared pumpkin taro balls and fragrant taro balls, and stir them from time to time with a shovel to prevent the taro balls from sticking to the bottom.

Cook until all the taro balls float, then cook for another 2-3 minutes. The taro balls become transparent and the inside is cooked when you bite them open.

Take out the pumpkin taro balls and fragrant taro balls, and drain them into cold water. Then add purple sweet potato and taro balls.

Boil the purple sweet potato and taro balls, scoop them out and put them in cold water.

Drain the taro balls and put them on a plate and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the refrigerated grass jelly and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of your own milk tea (the milk tea is made with Ceylon black tea and black and white evaporated milk), which is also refrigerated. Place three kinds of taro balls and an appropriate amount of honey red beans on the surface, and the taro balls and roasted grass jelly are ready.
