Vegetarian Chinese Burger
Overview
I had leftover steamed buns yesterday, and today I suddenly thought of making Chinese steamed bun burgers. The ingredients are all vegetarian, and the varieties are rich and nutritious. With the addition of tomato sauce, children will also like it~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the steamed buns into slices about 1cm thick.
-
Cut all the vegetarian vegetables into thin shreds (mine is a bit thick), add hot water and set aside (if it is not enough, it will take longer to fry later).
-
Cut green onions into small pieces and set aside.
-
Take a bowl, beat in eggs, add appropriate amount of starch and water, then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, mix well.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil temperature rises to 80% hot, dip both sides of the steamed bun slices evenly into the egg liquid, put them into the pan, and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
-
There is some oil left in the pot, add green onions and stir-fry for a while; then add the hot water vegetables and stir-fry evenly; if there is any remaining egg liquid, you can add it and stir-fry together to avoid waste (it can also be used for other purposes).
-
After the vegetables are cooked, add salt, pepper, vinegar and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan.
-
Spread tomato sauce on the inside of the steamed buns (you can add other sauces according to personal preference), sandwich the freshly fried vegetable shreds in the middle, it’s delicious~~~
