Use the best quality cherry radishes, wash them, and remove the heads and tails.

Prepare all ingredients.

Make a soup of white buckwheat, aniseed, dried chili pepper and cinnamon, let it cool, then add onion, garlic, scallions, chili pepper, salt, rock sugar, and finally add cherry radish, put it in a special earthen jar and seal it for 2-3 days.
