Korean bibimbap

Overview

Super simple and delicious Korean-style bibimbap. I thought it tasted a little bit different when I mixed it in the past. The local Korean chili sauce is more pure, and I mixed it with Sprite and sesame oil. It is really super delicious, much more delicious than what is made in restaurants~

Steps

  1. Prepare your favorite side dishes, stir-fry, boil or boil them, it depends on what you like

  2. Remove the chili sauce with Sprite (don't put too much, it will become thinner easily), then add sesame oil and stir, which can reduce the spiciness and increase the aroma. (After many tests, this brand of chili sauce is the most suitable)

  3. Place the side dishes and beef on top of the rice, and put a fried egg on top

  4. Add the prepared chili sauce, the consistency should be about this, not too thin or too thick.

  5. Stir evenly and start eating. It's not too fragrant at all.
