Chop the garlic, heat the peanut oil in a pan, add the garlic, and stir-fry until golden brown and turn off the heat. Add light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and mix well.

Brush the oysters clean.

Place the oysters in the steamer and sprinkle with the sauce from step 1. Add more juice, otherwise the taste will be dry.

Steam for 8-10 minutes and it’s ready to go!
