Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, apricot abalone, mushrooms, green onions, ginger, garlic, red peppers, green peppers, and chive leaves.

Slice mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms, chop chive leaves, shred red and green peppers, mince garlic, and chop green onions.

Pour a little more oil into the pot, fry the mushroom slices, remove and drain the oil and set aside.
