Prepare the ingredients and soak the Guilin rice noodles in water in advance.

Cut all the washed vegetables. Ham, green pepper, parsley, green onions and mushrooms cut into strips, dried chilies cut into rings, garlic minced

Boil a pot of water, add Guilin rice noodles, cook until soft, remove and drain into cold water,

Add the soybean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms, blanch them in water, remove and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the eggs and fry them well, then put them into a bowl.

Add Guilin rice noodles, eggs, parsley, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce, stir evenly with chopsticks and add the chili oil
