Quail egg balls
Overview
My daughter prefers to eat meatballs, but for health reasons, I rarely buy meatballs from outside for her to eat. I usually make them myself. Today's meatballs are particularly nutritious. They are minced pork belly and carrots and stuffed with a quail egg. Carotene is known as ginseng. It is good for children's eyes and children. Quail eggs are rich in protein, cephalin, lecithin, lysine, cystine, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B1. Iron, phosphorus, calcium and other nutrients can replenish qi and blood, strengthen muscles and bones. It's especially good for kids. After the meatballs are fried, they can be eaten directly as a dish, or you can add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and boil them in water for the next meal.
