Overview
Steamed pork ribs are delicious and have zero oil fume. It is super easy to make. Steaming is a healthy way to eat meat suitable for all ages. Pair it with some potatoes and steam them, which is equivalent to cooking two dishes at once. It saves trouble and guarantees the taste. However, my mother thinks that the pork ribs are not satisfying enough to eat, so she wants me to steam the pork belly next time. For those who are carnivorous, pork belly is indeed more exciting to eat.

Prepare these materials

Marinate the pork ribs with minced ginger and garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, pepper, and chili powder for 15 minutes

When marinating the ribs, put the rice in a pot and stir-fry over low heat until slightly brown

Then put the rice and pepper powder into a blender and mix into coarse particles
