Stir-fried duck offal
Overview
This dish is great for rice. If you like it spicy, you can add pickled peppers and stir-fry it to make it spicy and sour, which is appetizing. The duck offal can also be replaced with chicken offal.

Wash the duck giblets with salt for a while, boil water in a pot, add the duck giblets and blanch for a while.
