Slice sausage.

Tear cabbage into small pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the pot, add cabbage and stir-fry until soft, add rice vinegar and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then remove.

Add another half spoonful of vegetable oil to the pot, add the sausage and fry until translucent.

Add garlic slices and tempeh and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar, stir-fry again.
