One of the infinite possibilities of the sandwich machine: it is actually cheese sauce leg pie. You can also make it with an electric pan, but the sandwich machine can only make it into a triangle.

Dough: 120g all-purpose flour, 1 egg, 10g peanut butter, 20g milk, 6g fine sugar, 2g salt, 2g yeast.

Pour all dough ingredients into a large bowl and mix.

Knead the dough into a smooth and non-sticky dough, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.

Take it out the next day, let the dough rise until doubled in size, and let it warm for about 1 hour.

Deflate the dough, cut into 8 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for half an hour.

Fillings: 4 slices of cheese, 60g of sauced ham.

Cut the cheese and ham into small cubes and set aside.

Take a piece of dough and flatten it, add cheese and diced ham in sauce.

Gather the edges of the dough toward the middle and pinch to seal.
