Yam stew
Overview
When peeling yam, be sure to wear disposable gloves or wrap your hands in plastic paper to prevent yam mucus from sticking to your hands. If you accidentally get yam mucus on your skin and your skin becomes itchy, you can use vinegar to clean the itchy area (I have tested it and it is effective)
