It's my daughter's birthday again. She usually likes Barbie dolls the most, so I made her a cake using her dolls. The little one loved it!

Beat egg yolks with sugar until pale;
-
Add milk and oil and continue to stir evenly;
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir evenly into a grain-free egg yolk paste
-
Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix thoroughly; then add the remaining egg whites; gently scrape up from the bottom of the container and mix evenly;
-
Pour the mixed batter into the mold, preheat the oven to 165 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake the second to last layer for 40 minutes;
-
Immediately after baking, take the cake out of the oven, turn it upside down and let it cool. When the cake is completely cool, score it with a toothpick and take it out.
-
Clean the Barbie doll toys and wrap them in plastic wrap. Stack two six-inch chiffon cakes on top of each other, then trim the edges, and then use the trimmed edges to continue stacking them up into the shape of a skirt
-
Whip the light cream and sugar until it forms a straight peak, then spread an even layer on the surface of the cake;
-
Then use a scraper to scrape evenly, and then decorate with a piping tip;
-
Mix a small amount of pigment into the whipped cream to turn it into light green. Decorate Barbie with a green belt and you're done.
