Salted duck
Overview
The duck was too big, so I cut it in half to make beer duck. This half was used to make salted duck. It tasted chewy, light and more authentic.

Use a large pot, add cold water, add the duck, and then turn on medium heat;

Boil until the blood of the duck oozes out, then rinse with hot water;

Put another pot of water, turn up the heat, add green onions and ginger slices;

Put the seasoning into the ball net so that the residue of the seasoning will not scatter everywhere;

Put the net into the water and add the duck;

After the water boils, reduce to a simmer and turn the duck over from time to time;

Cook until the duck is fully cooked and cut into pieces before serving.
