Salted duck

Overview

The duck was too big, so I cut it in half to make beer duck. This half was used to make salted duck. It tasted chewy, light and more authentic.

Steps

  1. Use a large pot, add cold water, add the duck, and then turn on medium heat;

  2. Boil until the blood of the duck oozes out, then rinse with hot water;

  3. Put another pot of water, turn up the heat, add green onions and ginger slices;

  4. Put the seasoning into the ball net so that the residue of the seasoning will not scatter everywhere;

  5. Put the net into the water and add the duck;

  6. After the water boils, reduce to a simmer and turn the duck over from time to time;

  7. Cook until the duck is fully cooked and cut into pieces before serving.
