Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the spinach, bean sprouts, and vegetarian chicken and set aside! (Slice the vegetarian chicken into slices as thick as chopsticks! Cut the spinach into long sections)
-
After the water in the pot boils, add salt, then add the spinach, blanch it until it changes color and put it into cold water! (Almost 30 seconds)
-
Then add bean sprouts, blanch them and put them into cold water
-
Finally, blanch the vegetarian chicken (I forgot to take a photo) and also blanch it in cold water
-
After soaking in cold water, take it out to control the water, and tear the vegetarian chicken apart (as shown in the picture)
-
Cut the rice pepper into sections, add spicy noodles, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil (I also added spicy seasoning, a cold dish seasoning I bought in my hometown. If you don’t have it, you don’t need to add it)
-
Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat it up, pour it over the spicy noodles and stir-fry it!
-
Add chicken essence and MSG and mix well
-
If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add spicy noodles! We are used to it!
