Artemisia is fragrant, delicious, crisp, tender and refreshing, and rich in nutrients. It can be eaten cold or stir-fried. The young stems and leaves can be used as vegetables or pickled in pickles. I bought Artemisia today, fried half of it with sausages, and the remaining half with dried fragrant seeds!
