Cut the Chiba tofu into desired shapes, shred the onions, and shred the peppers.

Prepare the sauce: add an appropriate amount of sugar, vinegar, first-grade fresh soy sauce, salt, add an appropriate amount of starch and water, mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and peppers, and stir-fry briefly.

Once the onions are fragrant, add the Chiba tofu. After stir-frying for a while, add the sauce, simmer for a while, and finally add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce (not in the photo). It is best not to save on this tomato sauce, as it will add a lot of flavor.
