A small bundle of Longkou vermicelli, soaked in cold water until soft

Shred carrots

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions and ginger until fragrant

Add shredded radish and stir-fry for two minutes

Add appropriate amount of water

Stew until the radish becomes soft and translucent, add salt and mix well, then add the soaked vermicelli

Stir up the vermicelli, mix well, and turn off the heat

Add pepper and take out the pan

Sprinkle some chopped coriander while it's hot, mix well and serve
