Wash and chop the beef cabbage, put it into the pot with the minced beef, add rice wine, salt, dark soy sauce, and oil curry, stir and set aside

Add yeast and water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough for fermentation

Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times
