When I bought the hairtail fish home, it was already cut into sections. After washing, I directly added cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, ginger powder and marinated it.
-
Take a dry plate, pour starch on it, and coat the marinated fish in starch one by one.
-
Cut green onions into sections, add 30 grams of tomato sauce, light soy sauce and 15 grams of sugar, add some water and set aside.
-
Pour oil into the pan and heat it, pour out the oil, re-oil it and heat it up. If it is a non-stick pan, you can pour oil directly so that the oil will not break the skin easily. Put the prepared fish into the pan and fry over medium heat.
-
After all the fish is fried, put the fish in the pot, add the green onions, pour the sauce prepared previously, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and cook thoroughly.
-
Just collect the juice.

It’s out of the pot.
