Put all the ingredients except butter into the kneading bucket and knead with oil until it reaches the expansion stage

Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom, and close the oven door for the second oven

Chop mozzarella cheese, chop green onions and set aside

Take out the risen bread dough, brush with a layer of egg wash, and spread cheese slices (optional)
