Soak snowflake beef in blood-removing water → cut into 1mm thin slices against the grain → add Korean barbecue sauce and mix well → marinate for 2 hours to absorb the flavor. Cut onions into thin strips.

Add olive oil to a baking pan → add shredded onions and stir-fry.

When the onions start to soften → spread the snowflake beef slices flatly.

Fry over medium heat → until both sides turn light gray.

Mix the shredded onions and beef slices → remove from the heat and put into a plate → sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds when eating.
