Material picture (the amount of water in the picture is not enough, three cups of water were used)

Wash the leeks, pour water and cut into small pieces

Mix flour with water to make a paste, add an appropriate amount of salt, and add eggs to the batter. It's my daughter's hands that are mixing it.

Add chopped chives to the batter and adjust the consistency until the batter can flow freely.

Heat the pan, brush with a thin layer of oil, pour a ladle of batter into it, turn the pan, and the batter will spread out on the bottom of the pan.

Keep the heat on low and the batter will take shape quickly.

Use a spatula to lift the pancake along the edge of the pan and flip it over. Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan before flipping it over.

Fry briefly and then remove from the pan.
