Cut the tenderloin into 2 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick slices

Add salt, pepper and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes

Stir the egg liquid, flour, starch and a little oil into a paste, add the tenderloin strips and stir well and set aside

Heat oil in a pan until 6-7% hot, add in tenderloin strips and fry until golden brown

Take out and set aside

Increase the oil temperature, add the tenderloin and fry again until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Remove from oil and serve on a plate. Serve with some salt and pepper or tomato sauce
