Soak the dried fungus in water and wash it, preferably with salt water

Coriander cut into sections

Boil the water in the pot, add the fungus, and wait until the water boils

Drain the fungus and put it in cold water to make it crispier

Add all the seasonings, the amount depends on personal preference. I personally add more vinegar, I like it sour

Finally stir in the coriander
