Overview
It rained heavily a few days ago, and the water in the stream was full. LG and his friends met to go fishing, and the results were fruitful. The wild stream fish were white and bright. After processing, I selected some of them to be braised. Without too much seasoning, the freshness of the stream fish was already very attractive

Fresh wild stream fish, remove internal organs and clean.

Processed stream fish and drained.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Add the river fish and fry over medium heat.

Flip and fry again until browned on both sides.

Crush garlic and slice ginger.

Put the ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar. If you like spicy food, add some chili pepper.

Add water, add onion knots, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the water is almost dry, remove the green onion knots and add a small amount of chopped green onion.
