Peel and remove the seeds from the papaya and cut into pieces

Soak the snow white fungus until it is as shown in the picture. If you buy the whole flower, you need to cut it into pieces and set aside. These are loose pieces, if they are overdone, you can use them directly as bubbles.

Cut the ribs into pieces and set aside

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, cook the ribs for 15 minutes, drain and set aside

Add 1000g water to the pot, add pork ribs, white fungus, almonds and candied dates, simmer over low heat for 1 hour
