Lamb heart slices with mixed vegetables

Mr. Haohao gives his favorite lamb heart, either stir-fried or pan-fried. This time I still fried it, but boiled it for 8 minutes before cutting it into thick slices and frying it. This way, the meat is pure and thick, and it is seasoned with carrots and peppers. It is delicious at home.

Wash the sheep heart.

Cut the lamb heart in half and boil it in water for 20 minutes, remove and drain.

Slice about 5mm thick, not too thin, mix well with green onion segments and a small spoonful of salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice the carrots, I cut them into flower shapes, you can cut them as you like. Cut the pepper into triangles.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the mutton heart slices and stir-fry until the outer surface of the heart slices is slightly charred, set aside.

Heat a spoonful of oil in the wok again, add chili peppers and stir-fry to remove the spiciness.

Add carrots and sauté until soft.

Pour in the fried lamb heart slices.

Add some oyster sauce and salt.

Finally add cumin powder and sesame seeds and serve.
