This mutton meatball is my husband’s specialty ❤️The ingredients are simple, clean and without additives, delicious, can be stored in the refrigerator, can be made with white radish and winter melon to make soup, warm the heart and stomach 💏A must-have in winter❤️

Prepare ingredients. The mutton is chosen to be fat and lean, so it tastes good. (The green onions were missed) (used when cooking meatball soup with coriander)

Chop it for half an hour like this

Chop the ginger with the back of the knife

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, chop together, and then chop for about 10 minutes

Pour in oyster sauce and mix evenly. Pick up the meat filling, throw it into the glass plate, pick it up and throw it down again, throw it back and forth more than 10 times, (this will make the meatballs more elastic)
