A home-cooked dish that my mother often made when I was a kid. It’s a little sour, a little sweet, simple and delicious! During the Dragon Boat Festival, let’s reminisce and make it for my mom!

When the meat changes color, add the chopped shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry slightly, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar in sequence, add a little water as appropriate, and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes. Add chopped green onion before putting it in the pot, and finally add MSG!
