Fish Maw Claypot Chicken
Overview
Fish maw, also known as fish maw, is rich in collagen. I added sea cucumber and rattle snail slices to this fish maw braised chicken dish to make it more flavorful. It is a beautiful soup that nourishes and nourishes the skin.

Wash half the chicken and cut into cubes. Set aside.

Place the cut chicken in a pot under cold water to remove any foam, remove, wash and set aside.

Foam the fish maw and sea cucumber two days in advance. Cut the fish maw and wash it clean. I use small sea cucumbers and do not need to cut them into pieces.

Wash the conch slices with soup stock and set aside.

Put all the ingredients into the clay pot, add appropriate amount of water, press the soup button and simmer for 2 hours.
