Peanut Crisp Cookies
Overview
This peanut cake is my mother’s favorite, and it’s very simple to make. The original recipe uses peanut powder, but I use crushed peanuts. The peanut powder tastes good when eaten, and it’s the only snack that doesn’t require butter

Roast the peanuts, peel them, put them in a food bag, and smash them with a knife

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salad oil and mix well,

Put all the remaining ingredients into the basin

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for about ten minutes

Take some quick dough, about 10 grams, knead it into a ball and flatten it with your hands, put it into the baking pan,
