Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and devein the fresh shrimps, marinate them with cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce for 20 minutes. Boil and peel the clams with water. Blanch the peas with water. I use ready-made canned corn kernels and cut the rest of the ingredients into small pieces.
