Fried tofu stuffed with pork
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, my mother-in-law fried a lot of fried tofu, so she could use her own ingredients to make fried tofu stuffed with meat, which is safe and secure!

Prepare ingredients, cut radish, water chestnuts, and mushrooms into mince. (Horse hooves are not required)

Crush the pork, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and sugar and mix well. Then add radish, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, cornstarch, beat an egg and mix well

Use your fingers to poke a small hole of a suitable size on one side of the fried tofu, and stuff the meat filling into the fried tofu

Put oil in the pot, fry the tofu over low heat, fry the meaty side first, then fry the other side

Add water or stock and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes to simmer the meat filling in the fried tofu.

Take out the fried tofu and put it on a plate, add the remaining soup in the pot with oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt to taste, then thicken the soup,

Pour the soup onto the tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onions
